Talking to My Long Distance Relative
I have a relative who lives abroad who I barely get to see. At times I find it rather upsetting as I used to see them all the time. I normally communicate with them using a messenger application such as Skype. I have recently discovered Google Talk which is terrific. It is easy to use and can easily receive messages. I am not a huge fan of social media and tend to stay away from Facebook and twitter. I try and speak to them online at least once a week. I normally chat to them in the evenings. I am considering paying them a visit in a couple of months.

We will not be in this world without our parents. Running Is My Main Passion
There is a sport that I regularly play. I tend to do a lot of running. It is my favorite sport. I am not a huge fan of team sports. I try and go for a run at least three times a week. Previously I disliked running. I hated the thought of having to do any vigorous exercise. I can't believe how the exercise has transformed my body. Previously I was overweight. I now have a toned body and have lots of energy. I enjoy running in the evenings just before it gets dark. I intend to run the New York Marathon.
I Loved My High School Years
I am rather fond of my high school years. If I had the chance again I would love to relive them. It was great in many respects. I had a great group of friends that I spent every moment with while at school. Of course there were some bullies to contend with however I often ignored them. We also spent lots of time after school at the mall which was often the highlight of the week. At times we used to skip class so we could go shopping. My favorite subject was economics and I never missed a class. I didn't really like the other subjects.

My Goals in Life
Hamm, well I guess I have a few goals some may be reached, and maybe some might not. I always wanted a great job in healthcare, preferably a nurse. Which I have in certain ways attained that goal being a caregiver, and an EMT-B. I just never attained that RN title that I wanted as of yet so far. The rest of my goals are just normal life goals. I just want to be happy, make the most of life that I can, be the best parent I can be, and live comfortable and healthy. I mean I don't have to be filthy rich; actually I don't want to be. I just don't ever have to worry about my bills, home or etc. That is pretty much my goals, yeah I know not a lot but I am a simple kind of person when it comes to living.

For many individuals, having a long relaxing bath is a relaxing and stress busting way to end the day. But aside from relaxation, it is also vital that you maintain adequate rest. Make it a point to sleep for at least 8 to 10 hours a day. It is only when the body is at rest that healing and proper growth of muscles can occur.
