Fulfillment

I do consider my life to be a fulfilled one. It is fulfilled because I gave my life over to Christ, and every day I strive to allow Him to fill me more and more with Him, and less and less with the sinful desires of my heart. He is faithful in these things, and I'm slowly moving forward to the maturity that the Bible promises I'll have someday if I remain faithful to Him, and endure all trials that this life will bring. And as the trials come, I do endure them, and I know God gives me strength, and that alone fulfills me and allows me to endure them. This life is not about me, it's about Him. So, as I make my life about God, I am fulfilled.

A GREAT Influence on my Life

Leslie. She's my roommate, and has been a great influence on my life. Even though she's younger than me by a couple of years, she has a great heart for God, and that makes me want to get to know God better, too. I never had a sister, but I'd always wanted one, and now she's become that sister to me, and so much more. She teaches me things about myself that I didn't even know, and pushes me to better myself. And I've taught her a few things along the way, too. We laugh together, we cry together, and we'll always be a part of each other's lives, even when we're far apart.
