First Mirror

Almost every boy and girl has looked into a pool of water or tabletop fountain and seen a reflection of his or her face. You might call that pool or tabletop fountain the world’s first mirror, for it is likely that a still pool of water was the first thing that allowed people to look at their own faces. If there are ripples on water the picture is not very good, is it? For the same reason, glass that is not truly smooth does not make a really good mirror. Sure, mirrors can do a lot of funny things; though it is not funny to look ugly at the mirror always.

I think the greatest invention of a man is Internet. We can do just about anything with help of internet. It is not just used for communication but helps in getting lot of information and also used as a tool for entertainment. I just can't imagine my life without Internet. We can communicate with a person who is in other country in a fraction of seconds. We can even view the other person with the help of webcam. It feels as if the person is sitting next to you. There are so many sites where we can search for information related to anything in the universe. You can find the information within seconds. This is the mind-blowing invention.

“In Time” Was Just In Time

The recent sci fi flick “In time” featuring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried was one of my newest favorite movie. It was about a futuristic setting wherein the rich dominates the poor and the currency is the actual time imprinted on their forearm. People never grow old because they die young and you can only extend your time if you are very rich. Justin Timberlake was given more than a hundred years by a rich stranger that he helped and so he was able to meet the rich Amanda Seyfried. It was like a Robin Hood type of story because he helped the poor ones get more time from the rich ones.

Weekends Are Spiritual Days For Me

God gave us twenty four hours a day and seven days in a week. We often use the weekdays working, to support our family. So, for me, weekend is the proper time to spend in spiritual matters. I attend a Christian meeting and preach house to house during these days. I also spend time with my family, usually playing with my daughter or bringing them to a mall. It is vital for me to balance my life with spiritual things as my priority, next is my family before work and leisure. In this way, I will know how to spend, not just my weekends, but also every day of my life.

At first, it may sound irrelevant to add vanities for small bathrooms especially for your kids. My favorite holiday is Christmas. It is when things become cold and warm at the same time. The weather is so cold that you do not want to put your face in the water in the morning or put on a lot of clothes just to be outside. However, it is warm when people gather around and show their love to each other. The warmest thing of all is to walking on the street holding hands with your loved one or to stay in bed to keep each other warm. That is when you know you are not alone and you are truly happy about life.
