I regularly do cycling. Previously I could not stand cycling as it always seemed a waste of time to me. I had always done lots of running and team sports. Unfortunately I had suffered an injury and had to engage in a lower impact sport. I recently bought a spin bike so I spend a lot of time exercising indoors. This is ideal for miserable wet and windy days. I generally spend at least an hour a day on the bike. I like to turn up the resistance to make it incredibly challenging. I used to have an ordinary stationery bike but it got a little tedious.
