The Wonders of Holiday Music

As someone who is driven by music, I don't find it strange that what really gets me excited during the holidays is when the radio starts playing all the great Christmas songs. Now, I'm not talking about Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer or any song that Bing Crosby ever did, I'm talking about the songs that are far more modern. Give me Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmastime" or Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You" and I'm down for a rocking Christmas time. It just doesn't feel like a holiday without a melody of catchy, 80s Christmas songs to get me in the mood.
